Lawrence, Rogers and Listi named to AFL Fall Stars Game
The Arizona Fall League is a launching pad for many future big leaguers and Saturday’s 13th annual Fall Stars Game features some of the best prospects in the game. The Rockies’ Justin Lawrence, Tigers’ Jake Rogers and Phillies’ Austin Listi will represent their respective organizations in Saturday’s game at Surprise Stadium.
Lawrence was drafted in the 12th round in 2015 and is currently ranked as the No. 17 prospect in the Rockies organization (link to http://m.mlb.com/prospects/

Rogers was acquired by the Tigers from the Houston Astros in the Justin Verlander trade and he is considered one of the best defensive catchers in the minor leagues. He is currently ranked as the Tigers’ No. 12 prospect (link to http://m.mlb.com/prospects/

Drafted out of Dallas Baptist University in 2017, Listi has moved quickly up the organization and hit a combined 18 home runs between High-A Clearwater and Double-A Reading. He was named the 2018 Paul Owens Award winner, given to the best minor league position player in the Phillies organization.
